A photo of something I hate. Tornados. I did not take this photo, but this is the tornado that hit our town in April 2009. There is something awesome and fascinating about them, but after seeing this bad boy out our window from about 5 miles away, I have a new-found respect, and fear, of tornados. Don't get me wrong, I am not a basket case whenever a tornado watch or warning is issued, but I am much more watchful and alert now during severe storms. And we have severe storms in our forecast for today, so I will be on the lookout for sure!
