The Strawberry Patch barn sale Spring 2011

Christy held her first barn sale last May, then she had another one in the Fall.  Each time it gets bigger and better with a larger attendance.  I am always inspired when I walk around and look at all the things that were done by such talented folks.  I come home with lots of ideas rolling around in my head, not just for my jewelry, but for things I would love to do in my home too.  Here are some of the photos I took, I hope you enjoy them!

My rings and earrings were on display in some vintage ice cube trays lined with dried beans. Cute!

This sofa is circa 1800's. Christy had it recovered and then she did her magic with the paint.

This chest of drawers sold while I was there.  I loved it!!

Such fun pillows!

I love this hutch!

Another cool hutch.

Doesn't this make you want to curl up and read a book?

Love the green!

Very cute sewing table!  Makes me wish I would've held on to the one I got from Freecycle about  4 years ago.  It looked almost exactly like this.

My necklaces hanging on a wire mannequin.

Alicia working on one of her fabulous paintings.

Another talented artist.  I did not get a chance to meet her though.

I love this old bird cage!  Jenny Gale does great work too.

My little sweetheart checking out all the goods. :)

More of Jenny Gale's pieces.  She sews beautiful quilts too.

I love this little table!  (and Elise couldn't keep her hands off the M&M's either!)

Ronnie found the sand box.  He had so much fun just playing, exploring, and following Christy's dog around. :)

More awesome pieces by another talented gal.  Her name is slipping my mind at the moment, and I do not have a blog or Facebook page for her.  But I love her stuff!

These pieces are actually crocheted plastic bags!!  I just love it!  Tara is so talented, here is her Facebook page.  She makes necklaces, earrings, bracelets, rings, headbands, purses, and much more!

These are the purses made out of plastic bags.

Pretty flowers and goodies by the cash register.

More accessories, and a beautiful painting of Christ on the cross.

Christy busy at work. :)

Me and Christy.
