A photo of a habit I wish I didn't have. I love dark chocolate. But I eat too many other things with sugar in them. Even though I buy the natural/organic kinds of sweet stuff, it is still sugar none the less. I do bake my own sweets too, which are healthier than store bought, but then I just keep eating it. :( It is a habit I need to get under control. I've actually been thinking about it a lot lately. So I am praying about it and hoping to make a serious change. I am planning to post soon about my new favorite breakfast, overnight oats! More on that later! :)
